AGREEMENT
By placing a rental order with Velvet & Vine Events Rental LLC, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all rentals, deliveries, and services provided by Velvet & Vine Events Rental LLC, Woodlyn, PA 19094.
 RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total order is required to reserve your event date and inventory. Your date is NOT held until the deposit is received. Inventory is subject to availability until payment is confirmed.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to your event date. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event forfeit the full deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
 DELIVERY & SETUP
Delivery fees are based on event location and start at $125. Velvet & Vine Events Rental will deliver and retrieve all rental items within the agreed delivery window. The client must ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location. Setup and breakdown services are available at an additional charge of $1.50 per chair and $8.00 per table.
RENTAL PERIOD
All rentals are for a single day unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Items must be available for pickup at the agreed time. Late returns may result in additional charges of $50 per hour.
DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
The client is fully responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. The client will be charged the full replacement cost for any items that are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The client is responsible for:

• Ensuring a safe and accessible delivery location

• Protecting rental items from weather, food, and beverage damage

• Ensuring rental items are not moved to a different location without prior approval

• Having all items ready and accessible for pickup at the agreed time

 WEATHER POLICY
Velvet & Vine Events Rental is not responsible for weather-related damage to outdoor rental items. The client assumes full responsibility for protecting rental items from rain, wind, and other weather conditions. Deposits are non-refundable due to weather.
SUBSTITUTIONS
In the unlikely event that a specific item becomes unavailable, Velvet & Vine Events Rental reserves the right to substitute a comparable item of equal or greater value. The client will be notified in advance whenever possible.
LIABILITY
Velvet & Vine Events Rental LLC is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the use of rental items. The client assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all rented equipment during the rental period.
PHOTOS & MARKETING
Velvet & Vine Events Rental reserves the right to photograph rental setups for marketing purposes including social media and website use. If you prefer your event not be photographed please notify us in writing prior to your event date.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
