At Velvet & Vine Events Rental, we handle every detail of delivery and pickup so you can focus on what matters most — celebrating with the people you love. Our delivery service covers Delaware County, Philadelphia, South Jersey, and surrounding areas, bringing clean, beautiful rental furniture directly to your event location.
HOW IT WORKS (4 Steps)
Step 1 — Book Your Date
Submit your inquiry through our contact form or by messaging us directly. We'll confirm availability and send your quote within 24 hours.
Step 2 — Confirm Your Order
Sign your rental agreement and submit your 30% deposit to secure your date and inventory. Your booking is officially confirmed!
Step 3 — We Deliver to You
Our team delivers all rental items directly to your event location within your agreed delivery window. We'll call you 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm timing.
Step 4 —We Pick Everything Up
When your celebration is over we return to collect all rental items at the agreed pickup time. Just leave everything as is — we handle the rest!

All deliveries are curbside. Setup and breakdown services available at an additional charge.

Weather Policy
Velvet & Vine Events Rental is not responsible for weather related damage to outdoor rental items. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events in case of inclement weather. Deposits are non-refundable due to weather. The client assumes full responsibility for protecting rental items from rain, wind, and other weather conditions during the rental period.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season May through October. Contact us for last minute requests — we'll always do our best!
Q: What time will you deliver?
We will confirm your delivery window when your booking is finalized. Our team will call you 24–48 hours before your delivery date to confirm the exact time.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes — someone must be present at the delivery location to receive and sign for the order. Please ensure clear access to the delivery area.
Q: What if my venue has stairs?
Additional fees may apply for stairs or long distance carrying. Please let us know about any access challenges when booking so we can plan accordingly.
Q: Can you deliver to venues and event spaces?
Absolutely! We deliver to private residences, backyards, venues, parks, and event spaces throughout our service area. Just provide the address and any special access instructions when booking.
Q: What if something gets damaged during delivery?
All items are carefully inspected and packed before every delivery. In the rare event of damage during transit we will resolve it immediately. Client is responsible for items from the time of delivery until pickup.
